New temporary entrance to the Carn Brea Leisure Centre
As you are aware, the pool is being refurbished and will be closed from Monday 31 July 2017 until 1 January 2018 inclusive. In order to give full access to the contractors, we have had to reverse our access to the building during this period.
Therefore, from Monday 31 July the main entrance will be closed and access to the Centre will be through the café at the back of the building. From the main carpark you will be able to enter through the side ‘track’ gate and up the steps to the café where you will be greeted by our reception staff as normal. All other areas will be available as usual.
I am sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but hope that you will bear with us during this exciting time. If you have any disabled members who are not able to climb the café steps please let me know in advance so that we can make alternative arrangements for them.
