We are pleased to advise that the Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday 24th March, at 8.00pm, in the Hub Club, beside CBLC and all paid up CAC members are invited to attend - to hear the Committee reports and vote in the Committee Officers for this new year!

 

Additional agenda items (AOB) and nominations for officers' posts must be sent to the Club Secretary Emma Stepto at least 7 days before the meeting. Email stella_uk_1970@yahoo.co.uk 

 

During the current year we sadly did not have a Road Running Secretary or an Officials Secretary and would love to have all positions filled this time, so please get in touch if you are interested.

 

All paid up members will have received notification via Spond informing them of the AGM, plus there will be a notice on the website and at the leisure centre and clubhouse. Please do attend if you can- it will be as efficient as possible, so you can get home soon! 

 

If the meeting is not quorate (ie not enough members present), the meeting will be held the following week at the same time and place. The club constitution is on the club policies page of the CAC website if you want any further info.
