Freya Howard receives Youth Award from Redruth Charity Trust

Congratulations to Freya Howard for receiving a prestigious Youth Award from the Redruth Charity Trust recently. Freya is a regular at Cornwall Athletics Club and at the County Championships on 13th May 2023 won both the 100m and 200m. She is a dedicated athlete and an ambassador for other athletes.

Freya was awarded a very fancy trophy, plus a £50 Amazon gift card by Chris Hailey (Chair of Redruth Charity Trust) and guest speaker Steve Instance (SW Lifeguard Manager from the RNLI).

Mandy Sinden, Chair of CAC would like to thank the Redruth Charity Trust for their dedication to promoting youth sports within the wider area of Redruth.
