Notice of the 2023 Cornwall Athletic Club Annual General Meeting

Tuesday 21st March at 8pm in the Hub Club

The 2023 Annual General Meeting for CAC will be held on Tuesday 21st March at 8pm in the Hub Club, to receive the Reports and Financial Statement, elect Officers and deal with any other matter specified on the Agenda.

A revised and updated Cornwall Athletic Club Constitution has been created, in line with new templates and guidance provided by England Athletics. The new document is here for members’ information and perusal, prior to it being voted in formally at the AGM.

Written notice of any other business which it is desired to place on the Agenda must be received by the Secretary* at least seven days prior to the meeting.

Nominations for Officers must be given in writing, together with the names of the Proposer and Seconder, to the Secretary* at least seven days prior to the meeting.  Nominations for Officers will be posted on the Club Notice Board during the week of the Annual General Meeting.  In the event of no candidate being so nominated for an Officer’s post, nominations may be taken at the Annual General Meeting.
