Volunteers needed for the latest Parkrun in Cornwall

Parkrun is coming to Trelissick!

It’s official, well almost. Parkrun is coming to Trelissick!  The start date is yet to be confirmed but hopefully around the end of October

Over 90,000 runners crossed a Parkrun UK finish line last week, supported and cheered on by over 9,500 volunteers. That’s a whole load of people being active, outdoors, in a community-led socially-focused environment. 

So this is your opportunity to register as a volunteer for Trelissick parkrun and become part of this participation revolution. Parkrun takes place every Saturday at 9am, across the world, over a 5km course. At Trelissick parkrun we envisage that volunteers will need to turn up 2 in every 4 weeks to cheer on runners, record times and enjoy a coffee and a bacon sandwich afterwards. We're planning to launch Trelissick parkrun toward the end of October so there’s no time to waste!
