Great running at Newquay 10K - see all the CAC results

A fine day dawned for this year’s Newquay 10k, though a strongish breeze did mitigate against superfast times.  CAC , despite already having confirmed the Men’ s and Ladies’ GP titles,  got decent teams out and duly took both victories on the day, with other CAC highlights being Amy Sole winning theLadies race, her last race before the Chicago Marathon and Colin Snook and Adam Thomas finishing 2^nd and 3^rd in the Men’s event.

Great runs from new (and newish) members Chris Sabine, Mark Webster, Laura Rogers, Kerry Poole, Nicola Tozer, Lorna Martin, Claire Trevena and Katherine Thomas.

Magnificent runs from two of our talented youngsters, Tom Slattery in 9^th and Katie Hughes 5^th Lady.  Tom also won the  Under 20 category and Katie was the second female Under 20 across the line.
